Creative By Design Pricing


Custom Web Design Pricing

Custom Web Site Package 5 page web site for $450.00 includes domain name registration and
 hosting for initial 3 months.

Basic Web Site Package - 5 pages $299.00. Click here for web design template choices. Includes web design,  hosting for six months, and domain name for 1 year.

Additional pages 6 to 10 pages @ $40.00 each

Additional pages for a Large Web Site 11 pages or more @ $35.00 per page

Additional costs:
Scanned pictures $10.00 each
Logo Design $75.00 each
Scripted Forms $35.00 each
Maintenance $15.00 per month (changes and updates to existing information)
Hosting and Maintenance Package $25.00 per month
Hosting only $50.00 per six month period.

 


Basic Web Design Pricing

Your choice of one of our designed web templates. Content to be supplied by you but Creative Business Works will enter all data and information into the site and publish it to the internet.

Your website hosted for a period of 6 months. After that time you could be re-billed at a cost of $50.00 for additional six months or if you preferred you can transfer it to your own host.

Website would be optimized for keyword phrases of your choice in order to rank better in the search engines.

Domain name of your choice for the period of one year.

Copies of all files for your website will be supplied to you.


Newsletter Design

Option A:

Custom E-mailed Newsletter

  • Basic cost is $125.00 for template design for a one-page newsletter

  • Additional pages to be hyper-linked would cost $20.00 each for initial setup.

  • Content to be supplied by client.

  • Option of customized content at a cost of $35.00 per hour.

  • Per issue cost is $60.00 (Includes emailing for up to 2000 subscribers that would be supplied by client in a compatible format such as Excel or dbf. The subscriber names will be uploaded to our system for your mailing purposes only.) Any additional hyperlinked pages to be included with edited content would be at a cost of $10.00 each. 

Option B:

  • Issues are geared to specific geographic areas.  All newsletters are sent on a permission basis.

  • Cost for basic ad is $25.00 per monthly emailing with a hyperlink to your web site.

  • Cost for a featured client ad is $45.00 per monthly emailing and includes an industry based article with a hyperlink to your website.

Option C:

Printed Newsletter

Though more costly, printed marketing materials are still an effective way to stay in touch with your important contacts.  A well-designed newsletter helps to establish trust and build loyalty. They're great for keeping your employees, prospects and customers informed on what's new with your organization and for providing ideas on how to be more effective. Promote your organization, brand or products and services with a full color, high impact printed newsletter.

Standard glossy paper stock, about as thick as a light magazine cover. The shiny finish provides an excellent base for rich process color printing.

Payment of $125.00 is due upon ordering printed newsletter until you get a proof. The proof is sent in PDF format.  Corrections are billed at $15.00 each unless they are typographical errors.  Balance is due upon approval of the design proof at which time balance of order is due and payable.  You will receive order within 7 days after approval.

Presentation Design Pricing

Option A:

Power Point Presentation Power Point presentations are created from clients' content received
as MS Word (or other) text, MS Excel spreadsheets, handwritten content or graphic files.

  • Basic cost is $125.00 for design of 5-slide presentation.

  • Extra slides created with electronic text would cost $8.00 each.

  • Extra slides with handwritten text would cost $15.00 each.

  • Content to be supplied by client.

  • Power Point viewer can be sent out with document.

  • Sound can be added at a cost of $10.00 per file.

  • Pictures or graphics scanned at a cost of $10.00 per file.

  • Simple charts are $20.00 each

  • Custom designed charts are $38.00 each

  • Other custom design options are quoted on a per client basis

Option B:

Adobe PDF document Adobe documents are universally viewable by all type of computers. 
They can be customized to send out for training purposes, to enhance the sales process, or as
a great marketing enhancement.

  • PDF documents can emailed or can be accessed online

  • Basic cost is 125.00 for 5 page presentation.

  • Extra pages created with electronic text would cost $8.00 each.

  • Extra pages created with handwritten text cost $15.00 each.
