Who supplies content for the website?

You would be responsible for supplying content. You may have brochures, white papers or sales information that would be a good source of content for your website. It is your responsibility to supply it to Creative Business Works and the designers would take care of publishing it on the website.

How do I make payment?

Payment can be made by check or credit card. 50% of cost is due prior to start. Balance is due at completion of site.

What if I already have a domain name ?

That is perfectly ok. We can use whatever domain you want to publish your website.

When would my website be complete?

Normally your website would be completed within 7 days of content being supplied to Creative Business Works.

What is website hosting?

This means your website is placed on a computer which is accessible to anyone connected to the Internet anywhere in the world 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

What is a domain name?

This is a unique world wide Internet address, which when typed into any web browser will display your website.

Where do I send the content for my website?

After you have purchased a package you will be required to send us information for us to begin your website.

By emailing any content and information about your business to content@creativebusinessworks.com you will be on your way to helping us create the best website for your company.

How do I maintain my website?

If any changes or added information needs to be made to your site after completion we can provide this service to you. Cost would be charged on a per job basis or you can pay a small monthly fee to cover all needed updates.
